Standard operational rules, digital signing criteria, and service agreements.
1. Mandatory Onboarding & MITC
By purchasing any service tier under Category 1 (Inner Circle Mentorship), Category 2 (Research Alerts Combos), or Category 3 (Specialized Plans), the subscriber agrees to undergo mandatory digital onboarding. This requires completing the **Formal Client Contract** and signing the **Minimum Terms & Conditions (MITC)** using secure Aadhar and PAN card digitial signature processes. Service will not commence before documents are signed.
2. Prohibited Redistribution & Reselling
All charts, scanner reports, and research alerts shared inside the premium channels represent intellectual property. Unauthorized copy, replication, redistribution, or commercial reselling of any research alerts will result in immediate termination of membership without refund and appropriate legal action.
3. Governing Law & Jurisdictions
These terms are governed by the guidelines issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and BSE Administration and Supervision Limited (BSE). Any disputes arising are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
