The client confirms they have read and understood the terms and conditions of the research recommendations services provided by the Research Analyst, including the fee structure, charging mechanism, and payment process.

The Research Analyst does not manage funds or securities on behalf of the client. The Research Analyst only receives funds from the client as necessary to fulfill the agreed upon services.

The Research Analyst does not offer any guaranteed return services or minimum guaranteed return services. The scope of services adheres to the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.

The Client acknowledges and agrees to assume the risks associated with investments, as outlined below:

Except as otherwise provided by law, the Research Analyst, its employees, or affiliates will not be liable to the Client for any loss that:

No suit, prosecution, or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Research Analyst for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything done in good faith or intended to be done under the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.

Any disputes, differences, claims, and questions arising between the Client and Research Analyst and/or their respective representatives regarding these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with the provisions of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof in force. Such Arbitration proceedings will be held in the state of Madhya Pradesh and conducted in the English language.

The Research Analyst shall not be liable for delays or errors occurring due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of civil or military authority, national emergencies, work stoppages, fire, flood, catastrophe, acts of God, insurrection, war, riot, or failure of communication or power supply.

The Research Analyst will provide its recommendations through its Telegram Channel. Clients should only accept recommendations provided by SEBI Registered RA Alok Daiya at ​​​. The Research Analyst shall not be liable if the client accepts recommendations from any other source. Clients will acknowledge any communication via email through raalokdaiya@gmail.com​ or through the Telegram ID ​https://t.me/TeamAlokDaiya . The Research Analyst will not be liable for any email received from any other domain name.

As a SEBI-registered intermediary, we will strictly adhere to all rules and regulations put forth by the regulatory authority, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). We will not deviate from these rules and regulations in any way. We follow the existing SEBI guidelines and will adjust our practices as a research analyst when these guidelines are changed.

Trial calls are for demonstration purposes only; it is solely up to the client to decide whether to trade or not.

Please be aware that the research recommendations we provide are based on the chosen package. Our research analysts conduct thorough research to make these recommendations. However, it is ultimately up to the client to decide whether or not to act on these recommendations. We will not entertain any claims against such actions at any time.

Therefore, we offer the option of paying in installments at times convenient to the client. These installments are solely for paying the fees, not for profit sharing in any way. Please note that if the client is dissatisfied with our services at any point during their subscription period, they will not be eligible for a refund of the fees paid till date, as per our refund policy.

Alok Daiya's management has the right to make developments in the terms and conditions as per requirement without prior permission of the client.

These Terms & Conditions will be governed and construed in accordance with the Indian laws and any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the Jurisdiction of the Kolkata only.

These Terms & Conditions are the only ones of their kind and no other document exists in any form supplementing or complimenting this one. Therefore, these Terms & Conditions, as found on the website, are completely inclusive of themselves.

By subscribing to any of our services, the customer agrees to being sent notifications via SMS and periodic email communications which can be any of the following but not limited to: newsletters, promotional content, and research report links.

Our subscribers, a third party, or anyone else have no right to forward or share our calls, SMS, Reports, or any information provided by us to/with anyone (through any medium) which is received directly or indirectly by them. If found so, then legal action can be taken. Please note, any evidence of distribution, unauthorised access, copying, or forwarding of reports/calls will lead to automatic cancellation of the subscription without any refunds.

RA Alok Daiya or any employees are in no way liable for the use of the information by others in investing or trading in investment vehicles.
