Refund & Cancellation Policy
Information regarding fee structures, billing cycles, and cancellation terms.
1. Pure Research Rules
All subscriptions to **Alok Daiya Research Services** represent immediate digital access to private technical chart scanners, breakout scanners, signal trackers, and educational webinars. Due to the digital delivery of our research products, all subscription fee payments are strictly **non-refundable** once service is activated.
2. Double Payment Reversals
If a subscriber is charged twice for the same billing cycle due to network latency or technical gateway timeouts, the secondary transaction will be automatically tracked and reversed to the source bank account by our billing gateway (Cashfree Payments) within 5-7 working days.
3. UPI Direct Transfer Reversal Notice
Direct manual payments made to the regulatory VPA (`alokdaiya.cf.ra@validaxis`) bypass official subscription checkout scripts, will not activate services, and will be automatically reversed to the sender's account. Subscriptions must only be purchased through the official web checkout modules.
